type things

Noun, located in Portland, Oregon, has some of the cutest treasures tucked onto their shelves and for those of us not in the drizzly town, showcased on their internet store.
What is most interesting about this neat venue is their uncanny choice in goods to sell - it's the most harmonious balance between vintage goods, modern sells and items that perfectly mesh the two and create novelties that are old school products with a beautifully modern twist.
The website can be found here!

Some of my favorites:

Wouldn't those make great book-ends?

My never ending quest for a vintage typewriter still rages on. However, Noun's selection is limited (solely the two above) and they are a bit on the pricey side. Alas, they are gorgeous anyway.

This vase would look perfect filled with a simple flower.
Nothing to detract from the awesome coral design.
Fruit is delicious in every way possible. Apparently, now that means in vase form.
See what I mean about the modern spin on timeless items? They have these hourglasses in different colors as well but I think the black is most visually popping.

Vintage anatomy plates! Oh, how the format of education has changed ...
